    An expert in the areas of Not for Profit
    Organizational Development, Logic Model Application
    and Total Quality Leadership, Timothy is a well sought
    after speaker and trainer at conferences around the
    country. An accomplished community leader and
    military veteran, he decided the best way to assist
    other leaders working in the not for profit community
    was to initiate a business that would address the
    major problems facing all organizations today,
    "Leadership." The thought then and now, is leaders
    must go back to the basics, hence the name.

    During the past three years, Timothy has presented at
    numerous conferences around the country, provided
    training to corporations, trade associations and
    community not for profit organizations and spoke to
    large audiences on a variety of topics.

            B.A., Majoring in Interpersonal Communication
    Troy University
            M.P.A., Concentration in Public Management
    La Salle University
            Ph.D., Concentration in Total Quality Management
